Do you offer international shipping? What are the delivery times?
Yes, we ship worldwide! After your frame is crafted (which takes 1–3 business days), your order will be delivered within the following timeframes:
- Europe — 3 to 8 business days
- USA — 7 to 15 business days
- Asia & Australia — 7 to 18 business days
- Other regions — 10 to 25 business days
We use reliable shipping services, and every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Does the frame require a power source?
Yes, the RGB lighting in the frame requires a power connection — it works only via a wall socket.
A power cable is included, and the frame is fully ready to use.
Batteries and USB connection are not supported.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed for shipping, you may request a cancellation or modification by contacting glassy.art.pl@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.
What if the item is damaged or hasn’t arrived?
If your frame arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered at all — please reach out to us.
Send us a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
